Bristol is in desperate need of a mass transit system and I believe this is our best option. A system designed around existing infrastructure and without tunnelling. A system that could be up and running in 18 to 24 months, while at the same time, connecting more of Bristol and the surrounding areas than any of the other proposed options, including an underground.
